How To Return An Item
The item must be in its original unused condition, with the original tag attached, in order to be returned. We do not refund the original shipping charges but instead we will give you a credit (original amount pay) towards your next purchase.
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please follow the instructions below for returns:
1. Please click on the returns link at the bottom of the page and fill out the form. We will assign you a tracking number.

Include the original receipt in your package.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include underwear, swim wears, lingeries, and scarves.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will have to pay the return shipping costs, but we will credit up to $5 to your account.
U.S.A and International customers:
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will have to pay the return shipping costs, but we will credit up to $10 to your account.
We will pay for return shipping if the wrong item was sent or if there is a manufacturer's defect.
