The measurements on each product page describe the clothes, not your body. Measure the clothes lying flat.
Please double the measurements of width (chest), sleeve width, bottom width, waist, hip, thigh, and leg opening for full body measurements.
If you are unsure of your size, try measuring well fitting clothes from your existing wardrobe and compare those measurements to the size charts.
