FAQ

1. What are the shipping fees?

Free shipping with purchases over $100 or more in the same order.  Qualifying amount applies to merchandise only, not gift cards, taxes or shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 14 days for the shipment to remote locations..  Otherwise, orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.00 per order within Canada, and $10 world wide except accessories.  If  you purchase only accessories, the shipping will be $1.5 for within Canada, $3 for U.S and $5 for other countries.

2. When will my order be delivered?

Canada, 1 - 9 days,  U.S.A. 5 - 8 days,  International:  15 - 20 days (this is just an estimate, some countries may take longer).  All accessories will be deliver between 6 - 10 days 

3. Are the Japanese and Korean clothing sizes different from the north American sizes?

Yes, Japanese clothing and Korean clothing sizes are different.  It will say on the product page whether it's in Japanese size, Korean size, or North American Standard sizes on all products. You should check the size chart for more accurate sizing information.

4. How do you secured online payments?

Our website is secure by GeoTrust, you can find the verfification sign at the bottom of every page. You can feel secure when shopping with us because we do not keep any records of your credit card information since all credit card transactions are processed, protected, and guaranteed by PayPal, or you can pay directly on the site through Beanstream

5. Can I buy gift cards?

Yes, under my account, click on gift vouchers and follow the instruction to purchase your gift cards.

6. How can I pay?

We accept the following methods of payment:

7. Why can’t I add more items to my shopping cart?

There is a maximum of $500.00 per order.

8. How do I check the status of my order or track a shipment?

Your order will be shipped by Canada Post ground which will take approximately 1-9 business days to deliver, we do not provide tracking for all orders.  For U.S.A Click Here!, International Click Here!

9. How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return any new and unworn items purchased through Jstars.ca for a refund minus a $5 shipping fee, but we will give you a $5 store credit toward something else you love.  Please see our Return Policy for additional information regarding returns and exchanges.

10. How do I change or cancel my order?

You should email us right away if you wish to cancel the order.  If the item has not been shipped, we can cancel the order.  However, if the item has been shipped you will need to return the original package to obtain a refund or an exchange.  Please refer to our return policy for additional information.

11. Do you ship any where else beside Canada?

We ship world wide

12. How do I contact customer service?

13. How are taxes calculated?

Sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address.  Add item you want to buy, click on shopping cart at top of page, view cart, select your country and click on estimate shipping and taxes.  U.S. and International customers don't have to pay any Canadian taxes.   U.S.A. customers click here  Internatinal customers click here

13. Does Jstars.ca offer price adjustments?

We will honor a price adjustment within 30 days from the date of your purchase.  We will issue you a credit for the difference.  To obtain your credit, you can email cs@jstars.ca.  Be sure to include your name, address, item number, and order number in the email.

14. Tax-exempt?

We are unable to process tax exempt orders for Canadian customers.

15. Do I need to create an account to shop online?

No, you do not have to create an account for online purchases.  You can check out as a guest if you do not wish to register for an online account.

16. When will my credit card be refunded?

One your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be refunded within 5 business days after your package has been received.

17. How long does it take for a credit card refund?

You will be refunded within 5 business days after we receive your package.  The refund will be processed through the original form of the payment.  It can take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement.

18. Which carrier is used to ship my orders?

We use Canada post for all shipments.
